I was the only one driving the Testing efforts. In the initial 2 – 2.5 years itself I had logged nearly 3000 defects across different categories such as Functional, Performance, Security, UI and Usability. Currently, I am a Lead QA Engineer. I acknowledge that many people have contributed to my learning, but I can still say most of my experience and knowledge has come the hard way (and probably the best way), i.e. Learning/solving it on my own. Schoolpad gave me the opportunity, time, space and liberty to learn and grow. Here we believe that Success is a journey, not a destination. So I am certain that every year Schoolpad is going to be at a better place than the previous year.
