From the very beginning I felt like this organization resembled my personal values. I thoroughly love the progressive, left-leaning nature of the business. It’s always forward thinking and gives you the room to be your whole self and even beyond. For me work was never about money alone, it was also about what could satisfy my soul and actually make me feel like I am creating value and that was exactly how I feel here every day. When I look back to where we started from, where we are now and where we will be in future, my heart skips a beat.
